no if he wins his next 2 he should go through[/quote

Is it 3 points for a ko and 2 for a points win
Yes.

Even if Kessler loses to Carl I think a KO win in his next fight against Alan Green would take him through.

Very bad news. That ref gave the worst performance I have ever seen in a boxing ring. Even warned Robin for punching.

Carl needs a knock-out and the way Kessler fought last time out i.e unable to let the punches go. Then Carl should be able to take full advantage of this slightly faded version.
I originally saw a distance fight but now needs must - should be a very exciting fight.

Terrible news. Froch is going to need a knockout just to get a draw. If he wins this it will be one of the best performances by a British fighter overseas ever, taking into account how everything is stacked against him.

If Froch is going to win - which I think he will - then the judges aren`t going to be needed :TU:

it's odd that they would put such a controversial character as an official in such an important fight. a man who is obviously corrupt, or incompetent - certainly highly unprofessional.

perhaps sauersausage have done this to deflect everyone's attention away from one of the other judges, someone hell bent on giving as many rounds as he can to kessler. perhaps they are expecting a complaint against tilleman, may even remove him, if they have their sleeper already in there.

or am i being paranoid?

I wasn't having a go at you pal - though I can think of plenty of excuses if you want me to!

I was just on about the prices in our glorious capital. Last time I was in St Pancras I saw a billboard advertising 'Pint and a Scotch Egg Special - £7'. I nearly had a f*cking coronary!

Here are their judging records:

Roger Tilleman - http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_ ... &cat=judge

Daniel Van de Wiele - http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_ ... &cat=judge
Van de Wiele was one of the judges for Froch vs Dirrell. He scored the fight in favour of Froch. That doesn't mean he won't be biased, as Froch was the home fighter then. It's just a note that might be of interest. Personally, his scorecards look fine to me, from a quick look.

Guido Cavalleri - http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_ ... &cat=judge

Whenever Tilleman and Van der Wiele have judged together, their scorecards are always fairly similiar.

Daniel Van Der Wiele ballsed up Chi vs Brodie 1, but generally I think he is an excellent ref and seems to be a good judge - disagree with his Froch vs Dirrell card though.

I remember the Ref from the Reid vs Ottke fight.... totally biased!
Reid knocked Ottke down... it wasnt scored as a knockdown, and didnt he dock points from Reid?
It was pitiful.

In that case i fear Froch needs to go for a Knockout to be sure

I think the pint was about £3.50. I had a look due to my astonishment at the prices and for a scotch egg on its own was a f*cking fiver...I can hear you all laughing now :DDD

Tilleman is the bent ref from the Reid vs Ottke fights.
Tilleman is a bent judge as well it seems.
