No chance. For one Tillis shipped some very heavy punishment. And secondly the facts are, in a richly talent laden era Tillis started off well than after losing a title shot became perhaps the ultimate trial horse/ capable journeyman of the era, fighting contender after contender and sometimes shipping out on his feet when the punishment got too hard, so that he could fight another day. If he was allergic to whatever diet he was to, you may have seen a champion of the WBA for a year, or two arguably, as long as he didn't fight Page, or Dokes.
