Fury easy.

And there is definatly something in this 'Boxrec bounce' that fighters who post here get from the posters.

When its all said and done dude lost to Peret and shouldn't be taken seriously until he avneges that embarrasing loss

I don't think anybody has said Fury is a bad boxer. The gripe people have is that he will potentially underachieve because of his lousy work/training ethic. Why let your talent go to waste because you can't be arsed doing hard runs and proper conditioning?

Larry is the Polar opposite. He is not a purist's dream nor will he ever be. He clearly trains hard, though. I agree with an earlier poster that Larry could benefit from some muscular atrophy; providing it doesn't degrade his power too much. There are very few examples of guys of Larry's proportions being able to maintain an impressive output for 12 rounds. That said, his sheer strength and determination are impressive and fighters will be intimidated by him, no doubt.

I think a fight between the two would have to be short. If it went beyond four, you would have two men blowing for two different reasons: one because he was lazy and hadn't put the effort in; and the other because he is simply carrying too much muscle mass.
Yep totally agree with this.

Clifford Etienne could maintain a strong output, couldn't knock the top off a rice pudding nor take one on the chin but he did work hard from bell to bell, if memory serves....him v Clay-Bey is a mini-classic.

larry has no chance against fury. he is not on furys level (which is a low one).
Disagree. Fury has shown nothing overly special any time he fought someone that isn't bottom of the barrel level. I think Larry would have done a better job against McD then Fury managed and if Fury gasses like he did in the McD fight Larry will put him away in a few punches.

This fight is fair to be made, Larry the Southern Area Champ and Fury English, it's how it should be.

it really is shocking. I mean, you don't have to be a really knowledgeable boxing fan to be able to look at the two fighters objectively and analyze how a fight between them would go. It's really obvious.

Fury because he has proved he can go the distance and has proved he can stop people in the later rounds.

An out of shape Mcdermott Fury was hanging on he was so out of shape too. I don't rate Fury at all!

I am going to go for Tyson Fury as well. He has the reach, handspeed and the power in his punches and can switch between head and body very well. It will a very entertaining fight to watch but I reckon Fury will stop Larry Olubamiwo in the latter rounds.

The only time Fury has been hit hard was by himself with his own uppercut.
Larry would test his chin to the max.
As i said earlier if he looses some muscle and could be sure of going the full 12 then im sure Fury would
be out of there.
I suspect Larry is probably reading these posts with interest and knows exactly what he needs to do ;;-)

Fury is been seriously underestimated on here due to his lack of conditioning. He beat Mcdermott after 9 fights!I love Larry, but its not as easy as it looks chinning the former aba champ who went the distance with our Olympic bronze medalist David Price. For all his faults,Fury can box.

At British level, he can take a punch too. McDermott hits hard enough and Fury more than stood up to them for 19 odd rounds.

Maloney seems to be keeping his trio of heavyweights away from decent punchers.
