Cut your calorie and fat intake and you'll get it soon. I'm trying to reastablish mine (last seen 2002) Inthe last two months ive reduced my calorie intake to about 1500-1800 a day and 2000 on the days i work out and ive lost just over a stone, got about 2 stones to go

a six pack is a group of muscles, they will look more prominent when built up a little, you do need to do ab exercises to get the six pack in some sort of shape...but yep you are right about the bodyfat though

I'm pretty sure that I have low body fat because i'm quite skinny but I don't have a six pack. Should I be eating more and doing more strength training to build the stomach muscles?

Doing stomach and core excercises will help develop the abdominal area and plenty of protein and stretching too

I had a 6 pack when I was about 17 and did athletics. Now......... well I'm happier watching sports with a beer in hand!
