Too many steaks, too much orange juice. You know, the second fight was actually quite close on the cards when Duran quit and if ever a fight sums up the gulf between 12 and 15-rounders this is it. Would Duran have quit in the eighth round a 12-rounder?
He quit down to frustration more than anything. The 'No Mas' fight is always portrayed differently to how it actually went. The way people talk about it you'd think Leonard kicked his arse and made him quit when in fact he just danced around until Duran said f**k it.

Most definitely. Duran hated movers more than he hated Puerto Ricans.

When it comes to the "No mas" fight, I think there's a greater difference between (the way it's portrayed [as being portrayed]) and (how it is portrayed) than there is between (the way it's portrayed) and (how it actually went). There doesn't seem to be any consensus whatsoever.

That really has to be the most times I've ever used the word "portrayed" in such a short space of time.

Anyway, back on topic, I heard that Duran invented the boardgame "Cluedo". Let's see if this one gets edited by mods.

and down to the fact that he has eaten way too much after the weighin. And couldnt make the weight for the fight. Apparently he was 220lbs 8 weeks before the fight! and 20lb over the weight 10 days before! that amount of draining has got to take it out of you!
