You don't just call dibs on a fighter in some "SAV" thread. That doesn't count. I made it proper. I got the claim in first.
Made it proper?? I didn't know there was a proper way!

I'm willing to throw him in the tourney that sees someone get Gavilan. I'm nice like that.

I don't give a eff what you do. Perhaps the commish should settle this by having a "third place" fight in the Gavilan tournament, and then the top three would then get their choice, in order, at one of the new fighters. With all the vagines dropping out lately, it's the only way to settle it, cause everyone is gonna be trying to claim fighters. This would be fair, except the person with the best fighter will end up with the best second fighter, or certainly one of the very toughest.
Or Napoles and Rodriguez fight for Ross.

With the tournie idea, I think people should have to put forward their fighters that they want to replace.

Meaning Napoles won't be entering, your boy Rodriguez won't be am guessing. Same with others. Gives everyone a decent shot.

'Cuz if everyone has their best fighters enter, then the likes of Geto or The End will finish up with Robinson/Ross and Armstrong/Gavilan. The managers with average fighters don't stand a chance!

If people enter their fighters who they want to replace, it means the playing field will be more even. Instead of Robinson being entered, Geto would probably enter Simon Brown. Same with me, I'd enter Palomino, and you'd enter Starling. Gives everyone a chance of winning.

In other news, Shane Mosley will join Curious Horse from next week. Jackie Fields will forced to fight rabid dogs for his supper. He'll be going hungry.

agreed, the only problem is that still the "best of the rest" is who will win the tourney, the managers with the worst fighters still can't improve..

I see mate. Don't think there could be anything done about that sadly.

Hey, cheer up. I'm going to throw a bone out there in the form of Mickey Walker......Someone will inherit the WBA champ once we take over the Gavilan account.

Pretty much an even swap for GBP.....we create champions, and then we share with others.

Sharing is Caring.

We do it All for YOU....the little guy.

This is not a matter of timing alone. Whenever Kid Gavilan was dropped there was a tournament for him.

Now that Pacquaio has been dropped, you and I both want him.

The only way to settle this fairly is a fight between our dropped fighters, I am sure the commish would agree. :TU:

The result is thus, Pacquaio was kidnapped from us, hewas rightfully our fighter!!!

This was a fair contest and the result speaks volumes.
