I think it's really hard to take anything that Haye says seriously these days.

After all the shit he's spouted over the past couple of years..... I hate to use the word, but yes, he is a fraud - plain and simple.

You can't begrudge someone wanting to make money, it's why I get out of bed on a morning, likewise pretty much everyone else on here..... but he's made himself look stupid, to a point where many people would rather he just retired and left the ''real'' fighters to it or got beat and retired anyway.

Wlad beats him 100/100 times, Vitali is completely different these days, beatable by the right opponent, which is Haye..... but David doesn't seem to fancy it unfortunately.

P.s id love to see Haye vs Adamek, that would satisfy me for now if the klitschko fight cant be sorted in the near future!I think Adamek is a very good fighter and would be a tough test for haye.I see alot of people slagging adamek off but i think he's a solid all round boxer who isnt spectacular at anything but very competent at everything!

I should have been more specific. I have not known Haye to duck an opponent, just look at his resume. He hasnt fought either of the K Brothers, not because he is 'scared' as some numpties on here believe or would have you believe, so as to why these fights have not happened yet, THAT would be interesting to hear.

Most people would have it the other way round ( Booth and Haye included, I think ) - Go for the more fragile Wlad, and give Vitali a miss. Good article in Boxing Monthly, where Arum and FW pretty much say the same thing.

I don't think Haye is "scared" of the brothers grim, but it does seem he's avoiding them...for the moment.
He's bright enough to know that while he could possibly KO Wlad, there's also a very good chance he could get splattered, and that would bring his heavyweight adventure to a shuddering finish. Better to pick off a few stray pacifist heavyweights like Ruiz and Big Bad Aud first, before going for broke.

As for Haye "..telling a LIE.." it's probably best to assume that everyone in boxing lies. All the time.

when haye was chasing he'd of taken on any of the klit's preferably wlad.now he's in the position he is & loving the exposure he dont want to lose it just yet.
i know haye ive known sparring partners from early on & haye said back then he wanted to get there fast earn a bucket load & pack it in. he aint the type to keep re-establishing himself, when he's beat he'll be stretched out.

I like Haye, at least as he was as a cruiser, fighting anybody... but his and Adam Booth's crying act is unconvincing. Rumours are that David Price has knocked him out more than once in sparring and this combined with his riches may have taken his fire away.

Anyway he's 90% sure fighting Audley, which is a good business decision, and will be a huge British fight, but...really David Haye is a top 10 heavy and no more.

No way does he have the same standing as the Klits.
