A lot of people are very confident Hall will take this! Konecny is a very solid fighter who slips under the radar of many boxing fans. He gave Dzinziruk one of the toughest, if not the toughest fight of his career. He seems durable, which means this fight will likely go rounds, and the longer the bout goes the harder things will get for Hall. If Hall pulls this off, I will be quite impressed.

the czech's defence is tighter IMO and that could be the deciding factor.

Konecny is much better boxer than Hall but doesn't hit hard enough to stop him, but he does more than enough to keep him at bay & take the title & Pts win at 3/1.

interesting to see the 'fans' going for Konecny but Bomber and Mooresy both going with Matty.

I'm doing an acca for the seven fights and it's Hall for me because this fight is just made for the kid. I think everything with the Small fight distracted him and he lost it before he got in the ring and had nothing in him fight night. He's with Arnie now which is good and produced a cracking display in his last fight.

It's a step up because Konecny has lost to good fighters, Piccirillo at his best and Dzinzikuk, also some Spanish guy but he's fought nobody recently and Hall is six years younger and I think making the weight will have been a lot easier for him coz Konecny's last few fights have all been at middleweight.

Perhaps they are friends of his? Fighters don't make more accurate predictions than knowlegable fans. It is not a step up for Konecny. He has already fought guys better than Hall. Even if he hasn't beaten them, he is tested at a higher level.

as Rhodes has apparently got next-cab-off-the-rank status, do I assume he fights hall if Hall wins?

I think he'd KO Hall, bang him out harshly.
