I've already sent my best wishes to darren and his family when I heard the news. Hope he makes a full recovery and can live a normal life. Never had a bad word to say about Darren, would have been good to share a ring with him.

Sad news has got young kids also we did spar but was only light sparring he was telling me he wanted to be a trainer when he retires I hope he gets his wish

Ditto ,seen Darren box 2 or 3 times and always gave a great performance. Get well soon Darren , shocked to hear such bad news.

I know this is a awful thing to say but it looks like all the people bitching about Paul fighting Darren have got there wish in a way!Good luck mate and i hope you're back to your best very soon! :)

Had brain surgery mate,They think it could be due to blows sustained in sparring or something of that nature.
