Ryan Rhodes has been around gyms his whole life; he could probably write a book on what goes on and will know as much as any half arsed know all. The average bodybuilder knows more about muscles, diet, supplements and steroids than a pharmacist or anatomist combined. Rhodes is innocent until PROVEN guilty. For a guy who's spend nearly 15 years in or around 11 stone I'd be surprised if any misuse had taken place.

but anyway I had to post on this because it is the biggest load of tosh. Steroids are not just for bulking up, they do not make you massive at all. There is not one magic steroid pill but loads of different variations you can take for different things. Some Steroids may help with muscle growth and muscle stamina/endurance but it is the diet that will determine your size.* I am NOT a steroid user by the way. The 'N' in BNBF means 'Natural' oh and I have veins coming out of my head, arms, chest, calves shoulders like crazy. It happens when you train hard, stimulate blood through those muscles, get growth and diet for leanness.
