I do tend to like a person less if they are thick. If Khan was just thick, but wasn't disrespectful or a dangerous driver, then I wouldn't dislike him just for that.

I find Khan annoying, so I don't like him.

I think Khan is the best boxer in England. Is that a reason to dislike him? Stupid poll.

It was never intended to be the Khan poll to end all polls. If you have a reason not there, state it. Considering the amount of hate their is for Khan here, not many have come forward with their reasons....

None of the above, I don't like or support Khan nor do I dislike him, I'm indifferent. Why isn't there an indifferent option for the poll?

None of the above will do.

You get the feeling that is the underlying reason most of the time.

Dangerous thread this because there are some silly tw*ts who could twist this thread.

I cannot stand Kahn and that also goes for some of the prominent members of his team - I have been told by many people inside and outside of boxing that I am wrong and he is a genuine bloke - my take on things is that he is one hell of an arrogant so and so - what grips me more than anything else is what comes with Khan - some of his fans who incite trouble and then claim racism when they get something back.

I see Khan as British boxer, and I judge him on that, I am a fan. Nothing wrong with disliking a religious group if it is what you believe in. Muslim hating is fine. It is just when it comes down the colour of his skin that it crosses the line, that has not happened here thankfully.

don't like his amateur, running, one armed (if effective) style and now i'm not a fan of his pundit work.

but i appreciate him in the sense that he's a name who gets boxing some publicity and brings in the money.

of course the undercurrent in this thread is a) that those who don't like him are racist OR b) that someone maybe has a chip on their shoulder.

No, maybe the poll is stupid. The question still stands though: Why do so many hate Khan, even on here?

i posted negatively aqbout him last night/this morning, due to his horrible work on sky last night.

who cares if ppl don't like him? pretty much the whole industry, FW (formerly), sky sports/sky box office, the british media, and now HBO - the world's biggest boxing paymaster - and GBP/ring magazine are probably all solidly behind him. khan is in a pretty good position, so does it matter if he's not worshipped?

nothing anyone says or thinks is going to take that away from him.

Let me justify the poll options..

Is it because he is a Muslim? Many people who are NOT racist, just do not like what the Muslim faith is all about, same goes for the rest, ie Catholicism et..

Is it his fans that make you dislike him? Silly reason to dislike, as many boxers have pain in the arse fans (see LG arena last week)

Is it because he won an Olympic Silver Medal at 17, and is now a World Champion...at 23!? Stupid poll option, just stating a fact he has class.

Is it because he was sold as PPV too soon? Personally, this put me off him for a while as I thought it was not deserved.

Is it because of 1 KO loss he has recovered from? Bad night and your condemned forever on here by some (slightly inspired by recent Bellew fight)

None of the above, please state your reason.. Your choice....

I actually like & support Khan Again, straight option

i like & support khaN. but i didnt like how he dumped harrison, then the cuban guy for getting ironed out.

when he left wazza it was meant to be for chasing legacy cementing fight's like hatton did & then he goes cherry picking. but he is now taking on maidana so fair due's :TU:

he did come across as billy big bollox on the sky panel at the murray fight & should of been promoting the kid more imo.

I think it would do him good to keep his mouth closed. He seems to come out with some really stupid comments but I'm with good old Adolf on this one, I would've hated Khan even more if he was a Jew or Homosexual though!!! :shame:

I respect Khan's ability & skills & after the way he has comeback from the defeat to Prescott, I respect him even more.

However, the way he talks, his attitude, at times, leaves a lot to desired. Khan thinks he's a Floyd Mayweather or a Manny Pacquiao!

I categorically say right now, that I do not think Khan will ever be as great as those two!

He's a talented British fighter, and exciting to watch. I like him. Add that with his chin, and his style, there IS always a real chance he will lose- and that makes for exciting, interesting fights.

Absolutely - exciting to watch for the very reason you have highlighted.

In addition - done extremely well for himself - it looked at one point he could be sunk without trace so for that he must get an immense amount of credit.

Problem is - him, some of his team, and some of his fans are in my most humble opinion arrogant to say the very least.
