4th - morris using lots of energy. may have outworked crolla. crolla times morris every time he flurries - lead left hook or jab that snaps morris' head back. morris did try to push crolla back but crolla ended the rd looking stronger. crolla pacing the fight better than he used to. good fight.

Good fourth round. They're trading shots more now. Hard to split them.

Jim Watt's commentary makes me laugh. he just picks a man and sticks with it.

I'm seeing this fight VERY close, Crolla is doing well with good workrate and getting his shots off after a good start by Morris. Yet Jim Watt still seeing every round to Morris more or less. Strange commentator.

crolla really a surgeon with that left, getting that right eye of morris. but does he need to put the shots together more? morris is using lots of movement, especially to the right, and throwing flashy bursts. thin crolla is down but will control the 2nd half of fight.

If Crolla weakens then I fancy the punching quality of Morris to take this. But if Crolla keeps on looming over him like this he must be the favourite.

BIG 6th round from Crolla. Morris eye is nearly shut and just got his nose bust up a bit. Crolla should take this if he keeps the work up.

Sky now in love with Crolla.... :witzend:

I'd give that a draw, hard to score, as Morris worked hard. - 59-58.

Nice stoppage in the end, he was landing the bigger shots throughout, Morris was making any impression on Crolla, it was nice but it was pitter patter. Jim Watt biased commentary probably swayed everyone early on but I just ignore the man.

You seem kind of biased to. Morris was boxing well early on, and I think he was winning the fight up until the stoppage. It was very close though, and it always appeared to me as if Crolla would eventually come on.

Judges had Morris up by 2,3 and 6 rounds at the time of the stoppage! Wowsers! Guess I saw a different fight. Maybe the judges can hear that scottish gnome from where they are sitting lol. Nice stoppage anyway. 6 rounds to Morris??!! WTF!

outstanding battle with a beautiful finish by crolla. morris went really on attack, crolla nailed him with counters, worstening the eye. and savaged moris to body with 3 left hooks. morris held on for dear life, got stopped with crolla's next barrage.

i am a crolla fan.

Didn't really have an issue with Watt's commentary. Cracking finish from Crolla, he clearly had a lot left to dish out.

Andy Morris is one of my favourites, and he did himself no shame tonight. He showed glimpses of what he was once capable of.
If thats the last time we see him in the ring, then although the result never went his way, he did himself proud.

crolla might have been behind due to speed and flash of morris. but morris had to do all that just to keep crolla off and i could see crolla breaking down morris from about the 3rd...morris impressed the judges, was winning with the judges, but crolla was winning the fight.

reckon crolla will go on to beat sykes in rematch.
