Good story I once read about Archie Moore when the Mongoose was over here to defend his light-heavyweight title. Interviewer had dinner with him and Moore was chewing the goodness out of his meat and putting the chewed meat on a plate. Interviewer said he sat listening in awe (Moore was a well-known raconteur and a clever chap) marvelled at his 'dedication' to his diet, and then Moore, obviously, turned down the offer of dessert.... and had a huge cigar and a brandy instead

Ricky Hatton does smoke or did a few years back (I would guess out of training). A mate of mine had a fag with him outside a wedding reception in Hyde.
