Haye-Valuev allegedly done 800,0000, I reckon Saturday should match that, making Haye and Audley a fair few bob.

Haye was allegedly being paid £5 for each buy of the Valuev fight

Another one here on the enjoyed it side. As has been said, a cpl of tweeks etc.. but it certainly has room to evolve.

The more boxing we get on our screens the better.

I enjoyed the show. Good work Ed. Robpalmer - Sky are selling the fight. It's their job to hype the fight. You never heard the old saying that boxing is 90% hype and 10% fight? What do you expect - them to show repeated footage of Harrison being ko'ed by Sprott and say "don't buy this its gonna be a mismatch"? Whether you think the fight is a mismatch or not the fact is its drawing mainstream attention to boxing which can only be a good thing. For the record I think Haye smashes Harrison in six (maybe less) and have put money on it.

We've gone through this before. Haye/Valuev did not do 800K in the UK despite what you may have read elsewhere.

Haye/Harrison will be a huge success if it hits the estimate of 700K forecast by the people who are actually selling the event. And believe me, Saturday's PPV will do a heck of a lot more than the Valuev card.

Do you believe Hatton-Floyd and Lewis-Tyson done the figures you reported?

Well I enjoyed it, I had to record it and watch it later as 'she must be obeyed' was kicking off about watching something else. It was a good build up, and I hope the fight lives up to it's expectations. Harrison by KO, I predict an upset!

Just had a chance to watch it. Nicely done show. Be nice to see it continue for other high profile fights.

Thought it was an excellent show. Some people on this post seem to be judging the actual fight match up as opposed to the show which was the question.

Good job sky- I also think Ringside has been fantastic so far, keep up the good work.

This turd of a fight has been well and truly polished.

The subject matter notwithstanding, the show was well made and will certainly aid ppv sales. Well done to all involved.

I look forward to the next one which will undoubtedly promote a far more worthy spectacle

btw I signed or for the two months for one offer on Primetime which is a fair even if you only stay with them for the two months. Yep we are getting acess to some good fights so can't complain too much.

I just watched this early this morning - excellent. It was improved by having a different narrator - it can be repetitive if you have the same Sky pundits voicing over every boxing production and the different voice give it a 24/7 feel.

Who doesnt like 24/7 or Fightcamp? C'mon they are great shows - what's not to like about them. Hopefully Sky keep doing these type of shows as they will help attract more casuals get back into boxing.

The amount of hype, boxing coverage - boxing pressers, behind the ropes, Lord of the Ring, Ringside, crossover of hype in the live football matches etc is great - it feels like an event and the buzz of switching on to the fight tonight (even with the misgivings about the matchup etc) is far better than the standard Friday Fight Night.
