Groves looked completely unphased

Bit of a schoolboy error, wearing your pimp hat to the weigh-in.
Agree with Hurlock, calm and poise speaks louder than loutish antics. I don't think Groves looked as nervous as he did unused to opponents acting the chav pre-fight.

Kenny gives his reasons why he made Groves quiver!

Anderson is talking a big fight but he could only beat Nathan King by one point over 10 rounds. That form line doesn't look good going into this fight.

I think Anderson was bang out of order and cant believe how well groves handled it. Hope groves knocks him out late after punishing him for a few rounds. What gives Anderson the right to way how groves should act or what he can and can't wear?. The good thing is it does make this fight a little bit more exciting and I think groves could be in for a surprise if he thought this would be an easy ride. Looking forward to it now!!!!

Groves looked uneasy he's not used to being pushed around. For the people saying Anderson done that because of nervous he didn't, that's how he is, that's how his whole family are. Expecting someone like Anderson to stand face to face with a guy he's fighting tomorrow is stupid, unless you want a reaction he's just not got the temperament for it.

Much ado about nothing. You could hear Anderson and his crew saying 'knock his hat off' before the head to head.
Groves wasn't scared at all and Anderson was just looking for an edge.
No harm done. It's not UFC or WWW chaps. Let's not get hysterical over nothing.
As for Anderson saying Groves was being disrespectful...hmm, what exactly has Anderson achieved to demand all thus respect?
Groves can do a number on him and if he can, it will make a statement

Anderson broke a rib early in that fight, do you think Groves would fight 6/7 rounds with a broken rib?, doubt it.

Why was his rib broken though?

I read the thread before I watched the video and I think I must have watched a different one because on the one I saw Groves barely batted at eyelid
Cracking fight though -gutted I'm not going to see it

dosent matter,he still fought and won with a broken rib .The measure of the man ... it shows his attitude and desire to win .

Groves was in no way scared, just focused and professional. Anderson was clearly the aggressor, but I do like Kenny's fighter mentality

There's no doubt that Kenny's tough but is he tough enough ? Last time out he had a bit of a battle with Carl Wild before it got stopped a bit early

Groves would have been slightly shocked by that, as he wasn't expecting it ( or he wouldn't have worn the hat ) but he showed real composure and didn't bat an eye.
Now would Anderson have done that to say, Eammon McGee - knocked his sun glasses off ? ha ha that would have been unreal..

Kenny seemed to be trying to intimidate someone he sees as a kid. No way would he have done that to Magee. Magee would have gone mental and probably tried to bite his nose off or summat. Then opened a can of cider afterwards.

Anderson explains his actions to Hatton tv:
Kevin Anderson wrote:Aye, oh aye, oh aye. I've nae respect for that wee laddy. Aye , aye oh aye. I gonna expose that laddy and show what he's all abooot and what I'm all aboot. Aye.

On side note, have to say Hatton tv are doing a really good job. They're always doing interviews with fighters even if they're not from their stable and have a daily boxing news bulletin too. Top stuff!
