I dont want to sound negative but macarthur was the most weight trained fighter i have ever seen in my life, he was being shaken by jabs and thats a fighter who has never been stopped before or really troubled, and the choi fight one/two more rounds choi would have won in my opinion. i dont think derry should be chucked in the deep end yet would like another fight to c how he looks,

Spot on the draw/format made Matthews look like he still has a future in the sport but to my eyes there is still a look of fragility about him

He got a win, he 'sort' of got revenge over Choi (had it been a 6 rounder he would have been stopped) he got a place in the final and he picked up 16K, good note to retire on

If he carries on be it at Superfeather or Light he's going to get hurt again, he should be safe against Lawton (who's probably more damaged than he is) but beyond that .... no
