I'll go with this order, especially the top ten.
This list also has Patterson above Quarry, and Quarry above Ellis, as it should be.

People constantly rate Quarry over Ellis. Why?
Ellis won the head to head battle. Quarry's record outside of this is is not really that much (if any) better than what Ellis did.
