I missed it!What was furys conditioning like?Any better or the same old flabbiness?lol
Flabby! Let's just say some of the ring card girls were jealous of his tatty bojangles! He was in terrible shape
Its embarrasing when you see the shape he's in compared to say wlad!

He is so one-paced. Looks OK for a couple of rounds but doesn't have a second gear. Steward would tell him to do switch things up, he'd go out and throw some punches for ten seconds then straight back to what he was doing before.
In poor shape too.

Agreed Lefty you would think training with Manny and Wlad would of gotten him in half decent shape but he looked so fleshy. And agreed he is one paced but I did see an improvement in his jab (early)

I had him 1 up, 114-113. Scored the tenth level, so if that goes to Pascal I've got it a draw. Thought the biased Showtime interview afterwards, the interviewer (Jim Gray) more or less claiming you leave America you get robbed, was a disgrace.

It was like he was afraid of Hopkins. I thought it was odd.

showtime were biased but the un-official judges were interesting , they had hopkins winning by split decision

there should be a rematch in the states and i think hopkins will win

great way to finish his career

I think he was afraid, afraid of being countered all the time. Hopkins kept punishing him.

Oh, the lies they tell. Introduced as the current "heavyweight champion of the United Kingdom", commentators say (wonder who told them) that he was a bronze medallist at the 2006 World Championships.
He won bronze at the World Junior Championships, also silver at the European Junior Championships and gold at the EU Junior Championships.

Fury weighed in heavier than in his pro debut fight.

Fury looked in terrible condition. There is no excuse for a professional boxer not being in good physical shape.

Has he ever looked in shape for a fight? He's been talking about taking on the domestic rivals this year (including beating Haye) but i can't see him doing much against the likes of Rogan, Sexton & Chisora

It wasn't so long ago the idiots on this forum were bumming up Tyson Fury as the next Muhammad Ali.

Fury needs to face his domestic rivals in 2011, and if he's still unbeaten after 2011 it will be a miracle.

He really needs to sort himself out or he'll never go beyond domestic level. Piss poor...
