I don't think it is a matter of there being too many Managers, I think it's a matter of the managers not being dedicated enough.

Practically everyone wants to be in the Draft, then when some Managers don't get the top draft pick or anywhere near it, they don't want to play no more. Because they think there is nothing in the Sim for them.

I would not reccomend restricting the number of managers in a season. Because that is the beginning of an elitist attitude.

I can't help but think that these people who were leaving were doing so because the fun had gone for them, because their fighters weren't good enough.
