I was thinking that this retirement at 31 thing has an interesting angle. If Haye loses he can retire with his head down. If he wins and wants to stay on an make more cash he can say that the retirement thing was the only way he could get the Klits into the ring (ie they lose but pick the belts up 12 months later when haye's puttin his feet up).
Anyway i think Haye would beat both, the real question is if he does it in Vegas for the cash or Wembley for the fans.
David Haye
Re: David Haye
Dunno about u lot, but after watching countless Klitschko interviews I can't say the name David Haye without putting on a comedy Russian accent. Imagine Borat saying it, that's how it sounds.
Re: David Haye
i honestly think he can ko vlad and beat vitali on points
Re: David Haye
when are they gonna sign on the dotted line im getting abit sick of this coronation street drama, they either want to fight each other or they dont its as simple as that. it started off with haye shouting his mouth off then sh1t out now both klitschkos are shouting their mouth off to haye and haye is still sh1tting his pants
Re: David Haye
The difference is Bruno had a much better jab than haye, hit harder than Haye, was stronger than Haye, took a better shot than Haye, fought better opposition than Haye. Haye is a good fighter and has bottle, and was world cruiserweight champion. He is no1 contender for the HW title in my book more on publicity than anything else. I think fighters like Cedric Boswell would give Haye nightmares but for some reason Haye or the Klitschkos never ever mention him.WelshDevil wrote:Again absolute bollucks. Bruno went in lines, David Haye does not - Haye moves side to side. Haye will not be there to take a jab.orbtastic wrote:He can't deal with a jab, nor is he much good at dealing with height - Both of which they have lots of.
The Audley fight, all he did was clumsily lunge in and swing some punches and Audley went down. If he thinks he can do that against either Klitbot he's in for a rude awakening.
He doesn't jab, he goes back in straight lines when being attacked, he doesn't/can't slip jabs.
His power at heavyweight is somewhat overstated, I think. He is quick, but what good is it when you're clumsily going forward with no jab?
I would like it if he beat both, convincingly, but I think it unlikely.
Both K brothers are not unbeatable, but I don't think Haye has the tools to beat either.
