I spoke to Joe the other day, he is working on another film,
but I forgot to ask him about the am days..
however, after looking at the am results sections of 1984, he boxed for Ireland many times,
beating polish boxer Grzegorz Skrzecz, and the other 2 mentioned earlier, 1985 lost in irish aba finals to B.Deassy,

didnt realise he was so decorated. did he have a big following eric??
