Kevo has this right. (crease and the fvck thing and all) If I have a title shot I'm going to take it........however If I don't have such an option, I'll come back and grovel and see where it gets me. Of all the belts this one appears to be the most sparkly.

Prizefighter is completely separate entitiy from the Million Dollar Tournament and it serves a different purpose.

As I said before, it is easy to be cynical and negative... Upon examination of the fighters, it's clear that Monzon is a stand-out favourite.

Bearing this in mind, it's a waste of time for Managers to include thelower ranked fighters because they have very little prospect of winning it.

What Kevo fails to understand is that Prizefighter is not about me...

Prizefighter has been criticised recently, but it offers the opportunity for the lower ranked fighters to get a leg-up in the rankings.

The Million Dollar Tournament on the other hand just cements the elite fighter's legacy of the lesser boxers... Because of the open nature of the tourament, it it not an even play field.

Both the tournament meet different needs and have different requirements.

I'm considering entering 1 or both my fighters in the tournament.

Will see how results go and if Herol Graham gets ducked for a title again

Well, as I say, Prizefighter is a work-in-progress, next time it will obly be unranked fighters.

Incorrect. the last MDT had Napoles, Whitaker, Leonard, Rodriguez, Walcott and others I can't recall, all of whom were former or future titlists. All could have won it. Leonard was a big underdog, having been poor until the tournament.

Your tourney had Bob Fitzsimmons, and a bunch of low ranked guys. Only one guy had a realistic chance of winning.

By the way, I think the MDT should be held off until later in the season when things start to get a bit dull, as it would be a great way to make the latter stages of the season more interesting, rather than using up all the excitement when it isn't needed.
