To be fair if we all chipped in to buy it and changed it to the boxrec challenge title it would probably be quite a good belt.

The 'new' WBU is now a German based organization. They just sanctioned a heavyweight 'world' title fight last weekend. Gene Pukall is now the WBU (and WAA) world heavyweight champion.
