I know he didn't see the shot coming, and was relaxed, but looking at his legs after Ingle hit him, he looked very fragile. Perhaps that's his downfall.

Someone on here (Funso?) said that Price has a small head and thin ankles, so therefore has a poor chin. :P

He does look a bit fragile, but who's going to be able to land hard enough to stop him? He's got potential. I can't wait to see him fight someone in the top 25 in the World. That's when I really start getting interested.

Diameter of skull x circumference of tibia = low density mandible

makes sense.

Shall he call it a day now with you lot writing him off. Price will become Heavyweight Champion of the World with in the next 2 years.

McDermott's a great fight for him ATM, I see him peppering him with the jab before bringing over the right hand and combinations as McDermott comes forward. Price is a really class fighter and I see him stopping McDermott in the middle/late rounds.

Price-Mcdermott is a quality match-up. Another young gun gets the 'Big Mac' test.

I'm definitely not writing him off. He's a good boxer, big, can punch. He's got loads going for him, as you obviously know. I can't wait to see him fight better opposition. A fight with McDermott would be a fantastic start.

I think the chin thing came about after being stopped by the eventual Olympic champ, the italian fella. To fair, that guy had some good skills and could really crack, so no disgrace losing to him.

Price has got the punch, height, reach etc....granted his doesn't have an McCall chin, but then again who does. In the heavyweight division, most, if caught cleanly, tend to go ZZzzzz.

He beats McDermott and definately beats Fury. Frank, trust me, match him with Fury, Dave will pound him. Just have some faith, it will be a good earner, too.

Try that one mate.

Doesn't seem very active. 2 fights in '09 and one fight in '10.

Bit of a shame really, I'd like to see mcd win a British title after the luck he's had but I think price is the hardest domestic fight out there and I can see him packing it in if he loses another one at this level.

As for butler, it looks a decent tune up, been in with some good opponents and will at least test price more than anyone else has so far.

It's a shit fight.

Price needs to go self-managed or something.

Laughable bout. FTM, if you want him to be world champ within two years you'd better stop drip feeding him bums!

He has had one fight since 2009 and he came in at a career heaviest 277 lbs. His last win against an opponent with a winning record came eight fights ago against a guy with a record of 27-10-1.

The only good thing about this is that Price will probably get a few rounds out of it, but it should be a complete mismatch.

In 2008 Butler came in a stone lighter than he did in his most recent fight, but still managed to drop a six round decision against a guy with a record of 5-2-2. That says it all.

A joke of an opponent!

P.S. Hope he's not as open to overhand rights as a pro as he was in his amateur days.

Price hasn't ever weighed in at 277 lbs as a pro, and he had 4 fights in 2010 and 1 so far in 2011. Are you talking about someone else?

Edit: Ah, you're talking about Butler. Your post implied it was Price.

The video you posted showed that Price can take a punch. Stiverne is a very hard hitter.
