Prizefighter was made at 9,6.
Ahh didnt know this well I honestly look forward to Derry getting more titles domestically and if he keeps improving who knows where he will go I will be there for all the fights at the Olympia anyway regardless

Another title then the british MAYBE.

It's inspirational how Mathews has come back from him losses. I hope he keeps winning.

A lot of people don't realise the led was weight drained at s/f,changed trainers and has a new lease of life.Don't forget he's only 27.

Mathews’ promoters - Vaughan Boxing - are to hold talks with Aberdeen’s McAllister (31-2) this week over a summer bout.
Mathews admits he would not mind facing British ruler Anthony Crolla next, but a Commonwealth bout with McAllister is more likely to be pursued and the first week of June has been pencilled in with the hope a broadcaster will televise it.
It looks like they are aiming for McAllister next. It will be a good fight.

a great performance from derry. i echo what everyone else has said who was there and like me witnessed it first hand. his last three fights have all been great to watch. sells a lot of tickets and hopefully tv will come calling for his next bout. whether its crolla or anyone else. whatever happened to alex arthur? is the CW title vacant now? interesting future for him.

It'd be great if Derry ever got to headline at the Echo Arena. Would be booming.
Well done Derry, onwards and upwards kid.

Well done Derry. A fight against Macallister would be excellent. Even a fight against would be good viewing but he's a bit too inactive
