Well, for me, Khan MUST beat Prescott before the memory of that defeat is erased. The reason he hasn't fought Prescott is a matter for debate. My guess would be that some of Khan's handlers don't want to take the risk.

I don't agree. As long as Amir Khan keeps winning, and his level of competition is decent I don't think many would pay to much attention to a single loss.

Duran, for example, never fought a rematch with Hearns and neither did Tszyu with Philips, but I don't think it's a statistic that has ever dramatically altered the way that either are perceived.

Outside of hardcore boxing circles, I think that most people just accept that being knocked out is an occupational hazard for a pro boxer.

Well Khan is well on his way after beating McCloskey. Lets all hope the Bradley fight can be arranged. DD
