Eamonn is a rock of sense and stability when he is in a fighters corner. I didnt think he would be able to pull it off some well but he does a great job.

In all seriousness, he's got a cracking training and promotional team around him, even then though it's hard to see how he gets a title shot at the moment.

Some good European defences might be in order, or a crack at a fringe/contender world title level opponent.

But to be honest, nothing about his performance in the Khan fight was overly convincing of his ability at world level.

khan would beat anyone over 4-6 rds in the world he is a front runner & the fight was warming up. he was nailing mcloskey & it could of been a case of khan derailing him or getting drawn in & on to a heavy shot. either way the fans were robbed & so was mcloskey of trying his luck

Yes, but he was totally dominant. For sure, the "big punch" could always have happened, but realistically, that fight was only heading one way. Khan showed against Malignagi, for example, that he is very much capable in later rounds too. Likewise, Kotelnik, St Clair etc. It's only Maidana that he went off the boil a bit, due to heavy pressure from a world class fighter, and even then, he still won some of the later rounds (and the fight!)

i think Khan will move up a weight after Bradley so Paul could fight for the vacant title. ?
