I agree with the OP point of view, way too soon to right off James.
I also though agree with the point made in the thread about the refereeing. Yes, no doubt James should have had at least 1 point deducted. BLATANT use of any part of the your body should result in at least a point deduction.
Low Blows and Head clashes are more open to interpretation if that are blatant or accidently. Those from Degale were not.
