No. The amount of disrespect JD has shown G is is too much. Let him earn it first whilst George keeps climbing up the ranks. There are more worthy opponents out there for him to face first. Good luck to George.

I dont think Groves wants a rematch. Lets not forget, he was very lucky to be on the right end of a very close fight and was looking pretty dead on his ass at the end. Full credit to him, the tactics were perfect for the fight and really threw Degale, he didn't know what to do in the early parts of the fight and by the time Degale figured it out, it was too late.

Like Groves said, DeGale brings nothing to the table now.

Coming off a loss, no titles and below him in the rankings. Why would George fight him straight away? Makes no sense.

Their paths crossed and will do so again, but not now. Now George can go onto Euro glory and DeGale can regroup and come again.

degale needs to get to the back of the queue. Anderson deserves a rematch far more.

Its all about the money though isn't it?. If the moneys good he will give him his rematch. I didn't think it was a bad fight. Groves fought brilliantly. But tired toward the end. He confused Degale, closed him down and didn't give him an inch. In saying that though, had Degale upped his work rate he would have won those close rounds. But he never, and he lost. It will be interesting to see where groves goes next. I'm thinking probably the European title route. But he isn't anywhere near good enough yet to operate at world level.
