Ummm..... not sure on either counts. All I've read about premier is that they found the previous show expensive and while they are investing they are still in the speculate to accumulate stage - but production costs will be much higher for this.

With Khan being on the same night - I'm predicting it will be a £15 PPV (Possibly a package offer) - probably on primetime, but not ruling out Sky or Premier either - although I don't think the latter will offer both.

Sorry for the fence hopping there, just very hard to call. If Khan was a 100% a Sky fighter then I would say Khan and this bill would be a decent(ish) SBO event, that probably Sky would accept. Similarly, if Khan signed a multi fight deal with Primetime then I would say its a Shoeing for it to be on Primetime..... and it could (but not Khan) end up on Premier!

i think this will be teamed with Khan PPV to try and boost sales. the only problem i see is team khan seem unlikely to give away a large proportion of the ppv money and hennessey has bid a substantial amount for this purse.

Khan's people would want a huge chunk. However, they would also bring a lot more punters.

This is the routine that we really don't want to get into. If this fight is PPV, it'll probably cost £14.99, if that is the case then it's really taking us, the boxing public, as complete mugs. It's also setting us up for paying for any half decent fight. No chance I'd pay for this fight unless I was going to the venue.

Anybody who votes 'yes' hurts boxing fans, drives the sport irreversibly further from the mainstream, and deserves to be financially raped by sleazy boxing promoters and TV companies.

Surely this fight wouldn't have to make £1 million, it's not a world title fight where as Khan's was.

Perhaps sky will throw a real curveball if Khan does stick with primetime and decide to show Chisora v Fury on skysports 1. If i had a competitor trying to nab a corner of my market then i'd be doing that

I thought it might have been, but I can remember some obscure PPV channel (something like the PPV service that was part of ON Digital) offer some obscure British PPV's fights - I'm sure one of these involved Carr.

IMO that fight on its own is not worth a fiver, its a main support to a Froch fight... oh no, hang on, better make it Barker, oh no, wait...

If Fury is all the selling point MH has left, and his response is to sell him as a PPV fighter when he holds the ENGLISH title... it would serve him right if no-one bought it. Fury will probably be the next to leave I reckon, too many have jumped ship recently for it to be a coincedence.
