worst for me probably a common one for brits, Herol Graham and THAT Jackson punch.

I'd been on the 'Graham as uncrowned champion' sauce for 3 or 4 years, and really thought he was a round at most from winning the belt, there.

Livingstone- by the time the Brewer fight came round i was resigned that Graham was past it, so that one didn't hurt as much, if you know what I mean.

Norton vs Quarry, in hindsight because of Quarry's final years and death. Not Ken's fault of course the damage had already been done by then and what wasn't would be during Jerry's abortive "comebacks."

Castillo being stopped by Corrales in the 10th. Because I was a huge JLC fan and was telling anybody who would listen for weeks prior to the fight that Castillo was gonna wear down Corrales and stop him in the 10th, and right as I was feeling overjoyed at watching my prediction come true right down to the last detail Corrales reversed the outcome and I just sat there watching it all happen, speechless.

kendal holt vs ricardo torres.

im a fan of ricardo torres. the first fighter to put miguel cotto through hell. i was sure that torres would have stopped holt in the early rounds. sad to see him go down by a headbutt.

I agree with Ezzard that the most disappointing as a fan was Lloyd Honeyghan getting KOd by Mark Breland. He wasnt at the races in the fight which 2-3 years before he'd be favourite to win.

Most shocking was the Michael Watson KO against Chris Eubank.

I've seen clips of the Willard beatdown by Jack Dempsey, I find this quite disturbing to watch as it really is savage stuff to the point of cruelty. I wont watch it again.

Jamie Moore vs Ryan Rhodes as he was so high in the rankings and was coming off winning european etc :(
After being a big fan so many years from early in his career then having the priviliged of sparring with him when he was champion and sharing same dressing room was hard to swallow!!

Michael Brodie vs Chi rematch after giving such a great fight and account of himself in the 1st bout only getting a draw which i thought he won in a humdinger to losing the rematch then also scott harrison walking through him was disappointing!

Watching Meldrick Taylor put a masterclass on vs the great Chavez only to lose in the dying seconds you had to feel for him!

arguello getting stopped by pryor was sad for me to see, arguello is my favorite fighter. they were great fights aswell. esp the first one.

...i've already named the walcott over charles kayo as the hardest knockout for me to see, and i still don't like to see it on my films or tapes.

another i didn't like was patterson's kayo over archie moore. in addition to having been an archie fan for along time i demonstrated to all that would watch was how the seasoned moore would outsmart and eventually kayo the young upstart. it took me a while to get back my status as the boxing authority my friends had bestowed on me.

I always found it hard to watch Gatti getting stopped by the Gomez. Moore - Rhodes is another one which was already mentioned by Matko.

I didn't take Ricky Hatton losing to Floyd Mayweather very well. I pumped myself up to believe that "The Hitman" could do it.

And, I took Rocky Babboa's loss to Clubber Lang badly, too.
I was better about 90 mins later though.

Before my time but after watching the first fight and the way he went to war in the rematch, Pryor-Arguello II was hard to watch, seeing a warrior knowing he couldn't win and taking a count

Even though they both got up. I thought Tommy was going to execute Marvin, silly me, and Holyfield had Bowe stopped in the 6th. Actually watching Evander unable to land the one more punch he needed was more painful than the stoppage itself.

I wouldn't say silly me Saad,there were many people thinking Tommy was going to do a number on Hagler so don't feel like you dropped the ball for a second.

As for Holyfield/Bowe ... The first fight crushed me,I thought Holyfield would beat him first time around.
Many of my friends mocked me after that.
But I remember saying just give Holyfield 10 more pounds in weight and he'll get him in the rematch,in fact it took 12 pounds but he got the job done.

I've always felt the two Holyfield v Bowe fights were contests that David Haye should have been watching in the lead up to the Klitschko kick off.
Probably just me.
