Sorry guys, I don't want to give my future foes any video to do their homework from. Once I have done a sky show or something and there is a video on youtube that I have no control over then i'll post me and Lee with pleasure.

i hav to say i was expecting the youtube howard to show up but hes alot better than the ebf and streets rubbish that are on ther now

Howard took the fight at just a few hours notice so his weight isn't really that much of an issue.
