It was a tough fight Martin,Turley put up a good show!! Framptons face was marked up quite alot at the end&i think if Turley could bang a bit the irishman might have been in trouble...i wasnt that impressed to be honest,but it was the right result..

I thought it was one of the best undercard fights i've seen in ages. Turley was well fired up and gave it a right go. I was impressed that Frampton stuck to the task and didn't start feeling sorry for himself. He went quiet at a few stages though and that would have perhaps cost him the fight against a seasoned pro like Booth, Simpson, or a Munroe. I think the Quigg fight is 50-50 based on last night, but i'd still favour Carl slightly.

Have to agree with you mate. Not to mention he got a cut aswell. Credit has to go to Turley aswell he was awkward, hands were low, he kept switching and could take a dig. That was a good learning fight for Carl, who's next for him?

I wonder if carl has the ability to go thru the gears enough or to fight at a higher tempo? I know Barry mc' reckons he doesn't have to with his heavy hands but does he have devastating 1 punch power at a higher level or will he need a culmanation of blows to get the job done? On last nights showing id favour Quigg.

I agree, Frampton is good but Quigg is a far better mover and combination puncher. (Turley showed bottle, fitness and skill; he weren't in there to make the numbers up).

I obviously have no way of saying for sure but it is very unlikely that his body fat is 3%. Remember not all bodyfat is visible, at anything below 3% there wouldn't be enough fat protecting his internal organs and it would be very dangerous to box. But I'm not even sure it's possible.

As MM09 mentioned above it's very rare to get to 5% and those people who do do so for very short periods of time.

Bodyfat percentage seems to be the new favourite stat for making outlandish claims about.

You guys dont know what your talking about. Amir Khan is only 1.5% bodyfat. He said it in an interview so it must be true.
