There's this wonderful thing called 'pretending' you may or may not have heard of. Now I cannot say with certitude that Wlad isn't annoyed, but my personal opinion is that being a rational, intelligent and fairly discerning chap, he is unlikely to allow something as childish as the T-shirt Haye had bother him.
I guess we will have to agree to differ.

I agree that Haye was out of order against Valuev. There was no need for a lot of the things he said and I felt he was still cruel about him afterwards in interviews. It changed my perception of Haye.
In saying that, I don't think the t-shirt is a big deal and think the K's are capable of mind games of their own - unlike Valuev whom was a cross between Beauty and the Beast and the BFG.

I don't think Haye went far enough with the T-shirt, he should have another one done of him hanging out the back of Wlads missus

Anyway, back to the point:
@bruthead - NO, he did not overstep the mark and using people like Michael watson in the same arguement is pathetic. Tragic tragic accident but everyone knows the risks, prefight banter is irrelevant. Of course Eubank feels bad, stupid arguement IMO. As someone said earlier, it will be all handshakes and smiles after thae fight.
P.S Didn't Tyson once say he would eat peoples kids etc?

No you are using some of boxing most tragic accidents to add weight to your argument that the silly?/fun?/sick? t-shirts have gone too far.
Under no circumstances is David Haye going to behead the Klitchsko Brothers and hold there heads aloft I can personally guarantee you of that

It's just a harmless t-shirt ffs that at best is a metaphor for him destroying them and their "kingdom" and at worst has the connotation that you ascribed. Lynching has only one type of connotation in history, and we all know what that was.

The point is that David Haye will be trying to punch Wladimir Klitschko in the head come fight night.
Punches from David Haye inflict brain damage.
Usually in boxing that brain damage is mild, temporary.
Sometimes it isn't.
I would hope that nobody wants to see a boxer suffer serious, long-lasting brain damage.
In 1991 that's what happened to Michael Watson.
Would it be okay for David Haye to wear a t-shirt with Wladimir on life support in a hospital bed?
No.
Is it okay for David Haye to wear a t-shirt showing Wladimir and Vitali decapitated?
No.
I really don't see how anyone can defend Haye on this. It's just plain wrong.
I don't think Haye is an evil guy. I don't think Haye wants to decapitate Wlad.
But, all the same, why wear the t-shirt?
It really isn't funny.

Either way -- Haye should apologise.
However, Haye never apologises. He has no shame.
Look at what he said about Valuev AFTER the fight. Look what he said defending the Audley Harrison fight AFTER that farce.
Haye has no shame.

Brings a lump to your throat, reading that.
I didn't enjoy the way Haye treated Valuev. Showed a real meanness of spirit, but then it's hard to be too upset when pre-fight theatrics and psychological warfare seem to be part and parcel of the sport. Similar to Ali's goading of Frazier, there isn't apology sufficient enough to erase the lack of human decency shown.
It's a little different with the Klitschkos' though, it's one thing to mock the physical cross a man has to bear, it's entirely another to lampoon their decapitation. That's just comic book stuff, nobody's going to be crying themselves to sleep over it.

Get over yourself mate, your tone is frankly patronising. Do you think we are all unaware of the physical ramifications of fighting? Do you think none of us are aware of what happened to Watson, McClellan et.al?
The t shirt as far as I am concerned is frankly laughable, itt looks like something a 6th former into dungeons and dragons would draw in his spare time.
You may be offended by it, but I personally, and this is MY opinion, do not believe that Wlad is.
