I think Prize Fighter would be great for you, although FW is great at getting people Titles but coming off a loss to John i dont think there would be much room to get one unless for S-Area again where as you go into the Prize Fighter your style and aggresion suits winning that would catapult you right back and the 32K would come in handy as well...
Is he offering you any other fights if or when you come back? Love to see you and Dallas for the S-Area think it would be a WAR for as long as last's....

I was offered a fight On the Degale v Groves bill but asked for it in september as I needed a break and wanted to work on a few things and try new things out as regards to boxing. allegedly has been very good to me I must say and I will be getting another chance and I will be grabbing that chance with both hands and running with it.
