Money aside, I think it'd be anything other than a ref. I don't think there is any sport I'd like to referee.

I'd like to be part of Tyson / early Zab Judah style entourage. Get ringside seats and top notch travel and hotels to all the big fights (plus after party of course). All you have to do in return is shout 'you the man' and call a few people bitches at weigh ins.

i've no doubt whatsoever i'll get my arse handed to me but that's not the point..........and you never know....i could be an undiscovered rough diamond and end up the king of the world!

could you do a video diary of all your training and lead up to a fight and post it on here, i remember there being a fella that done the same thing with darts, he said that with in a year he could get to a pro standard .... not putting any pressure on you or nothing, but if you are gonna do it it would be nice to see how you go about it, good luck with it mate

I would have loved to have been a fighter, and it's a great regret of mine that I never entered a gym (against my mothers wishes haha).

If I could just do one huge ring walk with my chosen tune blasting I can't imagine a bigger buzz.

Not only has my time gone to even think about doing it but I've broken 3 bones in my life, my nose, my jaw and my right hand so I'm not sure I'm on a great starting block haha.

Other than that I think it would be awesome to ref big fights, only then would you get an idea of just how hard the elite punch, and what it's like to be in the ring with the best. Imagine witnessing someone like Tyson at his best from a metre away

For me the God of Boxing. What ever I want to see happen it gets made with a little of a good intelligence network etc I shall make my decisions of what fights should be made and they happen otherwise they are threatened with exile from boxing for life unless the fight does not happen because the will of Langers has not been satisified.

id love to be a trainer/ manager like booth or roach. In a couple of years i may get a few mates together and open a dingy little boxing gym and see if i can a few fighters out doing the circuits. Hopefully before im 35.

Do they have to go to judge school? Or just be friends with certain promoters (wink wink)

Fighter (maybe I'll one day get a fight; I've been going, more off than on, for almost 3 years now...and 30 is coming up fast)
Writer (because pithy comments about Froch's giant spuds, DeGale's twattery or why Danny Williams should retire just don't do it for me enough)
Analyst (because my ill-informed opinions and giant mouth need a soapbox, goddamnit)

I'd love to be the main commentator. I'd be a perfect cross between Harry Carpenter and Jim Rosenthal. I'd get a retired Carl Froch to be my analyst.

Good for you apophenic! It takes balls to step into the ring. It doesn't matter if you win or lose it only matters that you show up! You won't regret it!

lol yes you wouldn't believe how many different shapes and styles there are....well not that many shapes. Those turnbuckles are a work of art you know!

Of course my 'real' choice is 100% fighter.
