Me too, but I'm just pointing out that if those qualities didn't get Haye anywhere, I don't think they'll serve Povetkin any better.

They are different people mate. If I was a heavyweight, I'd rather fight Haye than Povetkin.

Povetkin struggled significantly with Chagaev----a fighter who was dominated and knocked out by Wlad----and even in victory he didn't show any capabilities that the Klitschko's haven't dealt with easily in the past. It's also important to note that Chagaev has looked poor over the last few years and barely got past Travis Walker a few months ago, so I would argue that Povetkin wasn't fighting a prime version of the 'white Tyson', and yet he still found himself in calamity at times.

I don't see much to be sanguine about in terms of Povetkin's chances against either Klit, and they might not be around by the time Povetkin/Povetkin's team are amenable to a fight with either one of them. Obviously Povetkin can play a bigger role in a post-Klit heavyweight scene, but I would pick Haye and Helenius over him, and give Adamek, Chambers, and a few others a good chance of beating him.

Povetkin is a physically strong fighter with a good chin, but his defense is porous and he lacks meaningful power, speed, skill, and size. Even in today's HW scene, possessing at least some combination of these attributes is requisite for a place at peak of the division.
