Oh right cheers, I didn't realise. I remember him being in the squad prior to Beijing, and even two or three years earlier than that.

yeah i believe there will be a good few of good amateurs turning pro over the next few months, one who has recently signed pro terms is gary corcoran a brother of recent pros billy and eddie, he will box as a light welter and had 50 amateur fights beating some very good names along the way including 3 time aba champ martin stead just 6 months ago.
He didnt get out the London stage this abas,but a very good boxer&a welcome addition to the pro ranks..

He was unlucky, sure Timms Will bring him on so much as a Pro and will make a very good one............
