Is this a joke you seriously think he would beat either
Why wouldn't he have a good chance of beating either of them? Were either Hatton or Brook much better than Jimmy Colas at nr 4 in Europe in December last year? If not then if he beat Colas convincingly which anyone in their right mind who was there will tell you, then why would it be such a revelation if he were to beat either of those two?
I guess there is a chance any fighter can beat any fighter, but your thread title states 'WOULD BEAT' not 'MIGHT BEAT'. For what its worth, my take on it is that Brook would expose him, while I think Hatton might take a points decision.

Not convinced he is good enough. He needs to step up quality before starting calling proven guys out like this. He stands little or no chance of getting a fight against either at this stage as he brings nothing to the table. He needs to up his name before he starts with statements like this.

I respect El Maachi for what he's done, coming in as a journeyman, fighting well above his weight, upsetting the odds etc.
I'm just starting to grow very tired of him calling out fighters he has no place being in the ring with and has no chance of getting a fight with, he has to realise he brings nothing to the table.
Why not call out some more realistic opponents?

Steven Hawking could get a WBO African title shot if he was prepared to pay the sanctioning fee.
Brilliant!!

yassine el macchi has no chance beating kell brook he gets kids with that style in the gym and that would be a easy fight for him kell brook is not junior witter and he will not do what he did with junior with kell... maybe a good fight for el macchi would be someone like adnan amar or a rematch with colin lynes or craig watson thats the level hes at.. and he can beat them all in a 10 round fight but i do think lynes won in prizefighter...

Yassine is a big mouth. Only he is not as entertaining as Prince Naz. I don't like him.
Winning Prizefighter was a good achievement, but to be honest I though he lost his Semi Final against Lynes.
And the final was a give-or-take.
He was lucky, plain and simple... Though he does look a talented boxer.

Brook would hunt him down and knock him out. Hatton would cripple him with body shots.
Neither fight would last beyond 6 rounds IMO.
El Maachi knows its better to be talked about than not at all.

for someone who is meant to be elusive or tries to be he doesn't really look elusive he goes of instinct and gets caught alot he relies on reflexes and doesnt really know how to make u miss and the make u pay he does have ok power and throws in some akward shots but thats it.. naseem hamed knew how to give an interview with style and charisma anyone can be a loud mouth but not many can do it with charisma or that flare hes just another anthony small has no clue why he switches or when to switch to make you miss and how to really be elusive hes just watched alot of naz tapes and other boxers and trys pulling it off with no real understanding but give it too the guy he is ok i guess just not world class in my eyes european level at best..

I agree with this... Kell Brook is just too classy for him and the likes of Hatton or Rhodes (if he choose to drop down) would maul him.
El Maachi should be looking for the British title and trying to defend it a few times, that's what his goal should be. And forget calling out fighters who are out of his league.
And shutting up a little would do him no harm at all, no harm whatsoever...

Don't know why he's wearing the Union flag on his trunaks and all then.
Maybe the Commonwelath title then... If he manage it.

Surely it might help him get a pass if he waves the old flag?

He's got an unusual style - sort of a cross between naz and catweazle the wrestler (world of sport, saturday afternoons circa 1979ish).
Sometimes it looks good, sometimes its messy. I can understand why he's avoided. I had a feeling he'd win prizefighter, but Lynes was very unlucky not to get the decision in the semi. Three threes scored by three judges is fkin weird for me. Good telly though.
If he can't get a decent match up over here, he could maybe try fellow Morrocan Said Ouali (ranked 10th at welter on boxrec, one place below Brook) although to get him over here, Steve Goodwin would probably have to pay some serious dough - a lot more than 50K methinks.
Brook would be too much for him, and I have a feeling if he fought Hatton it would be an absolute stinker.

thats a good post that i actually thought about said ouali as an opponent think he beats him.. dont think hes very good said ouali so yh that would be a suberb matchup for him it should be an eliminator for the uk citizenship...lol
