Most shocking moment has to be seeing Mike Tyson laying on the Canvas having just taken a massive combination from Douglas. And then seeing him trying desperately to get up & put his mouth-piece in to carry on fighting was like "Just what is happening here!?"

I had forgot a couple of these. These contributions show just what I had in my mind, that the 90's was an insane decade even for boxing. The best part about these is that the bulk of them were televised on HBO and probably world wide. Seems like so long ago when every fight on HBO was an actual event. Hopefully with boso leaving HBO we will see someone with some boxing background and forsight put together more fights like we used to get, instead of swinging and missing with young protected talent they keep trying to pump down our throats. Cough cough...James Kirkland, Andre Berto, Chris Arreola, Chad Dawson and so on.

Maybe those days are done. Although I will admit in the last few months the fights have been mostly entertaining.

Ah the good old days...

If I was drinking a cup of tea, I would have spat it out all over my screen after reading that.

There's not much behavior from human beings that can shock me anymore. Tyson biting Holyfield's ear, Fanman coming through the roof, The riot at the Garden during Bowe-Golota. All surreal crazy moments I won't deny. For me though, the ultimate WTF moment of the 90's or really...that I've ever seen at all as a boxing fan. Is Oliver McCall's mental breakdown during the Lewis rematch. Not because it's shocking for a man to have a mental breakdown, it's certainly not. But it's certainly beyond shocking for a man to have a mental breakdown during a Heavyweight Title fight on National Television. Refusing to go to his corner, walking around the ring as if in a daze, continuing to just walk around the ring during the middle of the round while Lewis would punch him very hard and he would just look at him with his sad look. I'm sure nobody was thinking WTF more than Lennox Lewis himself was. Yeah that's definitely one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen in the history of any professional sport.

I would say there are definitely two Tyson moments:

1. Douglas actually beating Tyson, was like a:
:oo
moment.

2. Bruno hurting Tyson in their fight, when Bruno went for in for it.
