well, his big pay day has no gone out of the window. i was impressed when he beat sexton as sam is a lovely boxer and a proper heavyweight.

chirosa now will have to fight the likes of lee swaby again to build his confidence/reputation.

Assuming he knuckles down the chance for the big payday will soon come around again.

The Klitschkos are becoming popular here and recognise the value of the TV market here. Either of them can continue as long as they want fighting what opponents are available, so long as they're in shape around 240-250lbs they'll whip everyone.

Given the fact that the division is so thin, taking into account the fact that people like Povetkin are in no hurry to go anywhere near those kind of fights it'll only take winning the British and a couple of defences and you are in there.

I'm sure they'd both love the opportunity to conquer America, but boxing over there is at a pretty low ebb, most of the name fighters on HBO and Showtime are foreigners - Pacquiao, Marquez, Cotto, Froch, Khan, Pascal etc etc.

I don't think he needs to drop as far down as Lee Swaby.... he was impressive knocking Sexton over the second time, I'd like to see him back in there around November.

Unfortunately Allegedly fighters don't seem very active at all so it's unlikely.

Maybe so, but I'm getting a bit fed up of people saying Price would do this or that. The fact is Fury did it, and I don't really think he's getting the credit he deserves. It's not Fury's fault Delboy was a tub of lard, he stepped up to face him and got the job done.

On another note, I'm over the moon that Delboy never fought Klitschko, it would have been brutal and a terrible advert for boxing.

But do you not think that the fury-chisora fight made more questions than gave answers? I mean I really thought Fury had a better/harder punch than that, and even though it was a 50-50 fight at the start due to Chisoras lack of conditioning there was only one winner after about the 4th round. Chisora reminded me of Audley Harrison for lack of effort and talking himself up.

Why because Fury slaps too much, it's hard to knock someone out with a slap, this is why I think he keeps on having hand problems - he doesn't punch properly. And If Chisora continues to eat his way through training he'll need a good chin.
