What is the range of motion like on the pushups guys?
Chest to floor with elbow lockout, or any type of partial range? I know that the crkssfit guys will make competitors take hands off ground at bottom of movement to ensure full range.

My attempt wasn't as extreme as your crossfit example. My chest would have just touched the floor (or as close as possible without contact) at the bottom of the push, the top was a full extension.

Good job, sharp time. The. Crossfit ones are tough, harder on the core as well.

Will give them a go - I hadn't heard of this variation previously.

One of the tests I give my guys is 80% bench press and hit as many as you can.

To turn it into a workout, 80% bench for 100 reps. Take as many breaks as you want.
