Douglas would of basically of surrended to mike in the rematch. Douglas didn't want to be a champion. His attitude in Tokyo was gone. Look how false and fat he was for the Holyfield fight. Tyson would have knocked out Holyfield Douglas in one round. Reason being that Douglas didn't want to be there. Tyson has more power than Holyfield common opponents Tillman and Stewart at that time can confirm this. Tokyo Douglas wouldn't have beaten Tyson again even, because if you watch that fight Tyson realises he can get him with that uppercut, he just only landed one and missed a couple of others if he was in better shape he would have finished him.

This does not mean that Tyson beats Holyfield in 1991, I can't predict it. Holyfield is faster but does not hit as hard. Can Holyfield beat Tyson if he can't hurt him. Tyson could fight 12 rounds before he went to jail, he showed this against Ruddock, weather he does it agaisnt Holyfield is anyones guess.
