That's not an entirely valid point to make. This is more about resume than head-2-head ability because Whitaker has a size/weight advantage over Arguello and by definition, Pryor as well.

I'd say Whitaker was just a little greater though, he took care of his opposition more handily, even if was a bit less flashy.

I agree about Mancini being underrated, particularly ability-wise, he was a real fighter, his problem was he peaked really early and seemed overly-haunted by the death of Kim and thus, lost his taste for battle and the rigors of training to batter another man the way he'd done so brutally before.

He is even more underrated than I thought if people think he was inferior to Jim Watt.

I know, I was able to figure that out when you said it was the greatest win of his ATG career.
