Is calling Burns a domestic/euro operator really that outlandish considering he's been beaten conclusively at both levels?

Does holding a world title automatically make you world class when the man you took the belt from hadn't actually faced a world class opponent himself? I don't think it does, personally. I think superfeather's a bit of a no man's land sandwiched between 2 much deeper divisions. Martinez looked positively awful against Cook right up until he caught him with that uppercut. I gave Burns a good chance of outworking him at the time and I think he did himself proud.

Beating Martinez is a massive achievement, but it's still a case of levels for me, someone like Luevano would've beaten Martinez, Burns and Broner comfortably and there's a level or 2 above him, luckily not at superfeather right now.
