I think Floyd Jr is a comedy genius. He's doing roadwork at night, going on about Oscar wearing fishnets, saying what the fornicate, saying Victor is a victoria secret's model, and then says he's the only one keeping it real.

Camera then pans out and shows what looks like Mayweather to be in tight lycra with floral boxer shorts on the outside.

Chatting to a stack of money as a phone was cringeworthy, though.

Saying he wanted to "son" Ortiz and then throw him in his dungeon, naked, was just plain bizarre.

yeah I thought they were boxer shorts he was jogging in too, bizarre!

they were some serious stacks of money he'd won, but every gambler I know must lose about 10 to win 1, so god knows how much Floyd fritters away when he's not winning.

Ain't no diggety ain't no doubt the boy can fight and then some, but anyone who stands among a crowd of flunkies burning $100 dollar bills with a smile on their face - no matter how hard earnt it is - is a complete bell-end if you ask me.

Annoyingly, at times Mayweather comes over as an intelligent lad, but the charm doesn't seem to last long in these segments of his strange existence we are offered.

None of them come across very well do they, not that they give a 'muvvafcuk!'

I just want to see some of Mayweathers real 'behind closed doors' training. The proper pad work, the sparring, the conditioning and that make him one of the best boxers of the last 20 years. Not the same old routine that he wheels out for every 24/7, its so so boring.

Mayweathers persona works, he gets people talking, but I do think that he is a good guy deep down and see through his bravado. The dollar bills thing is cheesy and a little embarrassing, but he's made and its his way of showing it.

Roger Mayweather is bonkers.

Like you say there's no little amount of 'putting it on' for the cameras. All part and parcel of the promotion etc but nothing 'cheesy' about burning $100 bills, ha ha. Give them to me mate! Or donate them to your foundation you bufoon! Or save them for a rainy day because I don't know, once these guys stop fighting, more often or not you hear a few years down the line how they didn't pay Mr Taxman and are skint.

It was interesting when Ortiz, who it would seem knows what it's like to have absolutely nothing, said he wondered how Mayweather's life will pan out after he hangs 'em up and as Mayweather called them, the 'stupid paydays' are no more.

Agree, would be nice to see some sparring. The pitter-patter pad stuff with Mad Uncle Rog' is tiresome.

24/7 is ridiculous.

It simply targets fan boys and idiots when it comes to Boxing.

Mayweather, as much as an idiot he comes accross on it, knows what he is doing imo. He's playing a cringe worthy and unbearable idiot that gets people paying to see him.

Funnily enough, the majority if the people who pay to see him want him to lose, and as Mayweather says, "Thanks, but u aint getting a re-fund".

Much prefer FC360 of the Super Six.

Brilliant doc by HBO on the build up to fight. Sky should pay attention and see how it's done by the pros - they need to up their game by around 100%.

Abandoned by his parents at 7 years old, you'll be rooting for Victor Ortiz after seeing this.
Is it a brilliant doc? Its exactly the same old rubbish from Mayweather again - ever since 24/7 started mayweathers segments have been exactly the same. The rehearsed pad work, the same sound bites, the fractured relationship.

We are not mugs, we are true fans and we deserve more of an insight - not closed sparring! Sky need to find their own style rather than poorly ripping off 24/7. They need to be more innovative, less glitzy and more insightful give us a real look into the fighters lives and training and steer away from the cliches and tacky camera shots.
If you haven't seen this Mayweather spoof, I guarantee you'll piss your pants when watching it.

cant stand PBF hope he gets his come uppance. But thats what the programme is all about isnt it.

If peopel moaned about Ricky man of the people act becoming boring how frikkin boring is this poor Floysd vs his father routine year after year. tedious and most probably staged.

Programme is ok as far as getting the juices flowing for the fight but as a stand alone boxing programme its piss poor I mean you watch these post the fight would you.... Formulaic, staged, and repetitive.

the format needs freshening up.

That was hilarious!

I'm not sure if Mayweather is always acting out just because he is a tool or because he wants you to develop a love/hate relationship with him so that you buy the PPV. Like he said last night, people either pay to see him win or pay to see him lose. Either way they are still buying the PPV which puts more money in his pocket. I find him very conflicting in that he comes across as an arse most of the time but then has moments where he is talking to the troops and coming across a slightly more selfless.

In saying that, I am sure about one thing. I hope the fight is a 12 round war and Ortiz knocks his clean out with a minute to go.
