Tommy Brooks comes across well, I think Jeffries would be a good work project for a Sports psychologist, Jeffries seems to get down hearted in fights, and needs to get some self belief in himself.

He does, but he does tend to pick up on the negatives all the time, even if someone is performing well.

I think he should look at the early career of another Olympic bronze medalist Robin Reid. He had a tough start but rose above it win the world title.
