I imagine that plenty of people who saw him fight before had similar opinions about his abilities which is why he was
a - accepted as an opponent
b - such an outsider
Just my opinion but the likes of Simpson will eat him up.
Would the Selby fight have painted a true picture of his ability??
I guess thats my point, we know about Smith and we know about Simpson but most people dont know about Selby and rhat fight was the opposite as to how he normally fights. However its a credit to him for dragging Swifty into a war and battering him, something alot of people thought would be suicide.
I guess we'll have to see what happens in November when Selby meets Simpson. It'll be a cracker thats for sure.......
i see where you're coming from mate, we'll know more about Selby after his next fight whoever it's against. Simpson would be a serious challenge.
