Are you sure? I thought he'd only be KO'ed once, by Jim Twite (spelling?) of Coventry in the ABAs.
Think he may have been stopped against the Cuban in the Worlds, but that was through exhaustion rather than being dropped, let alone knocked out...

he is a fairly small cruiser. Swaby seemed quite small when i met him too.
Now Johnny Nelson on the other hand seems a lot bigger....

He'll learn from that and go on to be something special I would imagine. He's got the solid amateur grounding, every shot in the book, speed, power. If he could just keep his left hand up (he might get found out by top slot fighters otherwise) who is going to beat him?

Conversely, when I glanced at him at the Brodie-Chi fight, I thought he was massive.

I saw him at Hatton-Tackie and he is tall (6'3"), but he didn't look particularly stocky, under his pimps jacket.
I think he could beef up quite nicely into a HW. He is of a similar build to Enzo Maccarinelli who I also think could develop into a decent HW.

Swaby will regret his big mouth. He has been very disrespectful.
Haye will look sensational as I suspect that he will prove to be fathom's above Swaby.
He fairly-clearly got caught on the temple in the Lolenga Mock fight, so I don't think it is enough to condemn him as being 'chinny' as some people have suggested, I think the jury is still out with regards to Davids chin. IMO he is the most offensively exciting boxer in Britain at the moment, his combined speed, power and variety of punches are going to make him a challenge for anyone in the Cruiserweight division and I can see him making waves in the domestic Heavyweight division (at least) when he moves up.
I admire the man for taking on very credible challengers, early on his career.
I think we'll find out alot more about after the Swaby fight, if he wins that one then he can certainly call out Thompson seriously.
Thompson, of course, has his own agenda to deal with and if he's successful then he should be very much on the world title horison. That will be a few levels too much for at this stage of his career.
It will be interesting to see what route he takes, if he beats Swaby then your talking top 30 in the world (at the very least). Will he go for Hobson, Macrinelli etc - or will he go for some expereinced ex-world rated fighter on the slide.
