A chance for Ali and Schmeling to get revenge :OhYes:
I'll agree, but only on the proviso that if a rubber match is needed, they will take place as soon as possible.

You seem to be having trouble with the concept here my dear scouser. Lennox Lewis vs Joe Louis has already been signed.
:OhYes:

Lennox Lewis former Manager, The Owl created a topic thread entitled: How long will Louis duck Lewis?
And here is when the fight was arranged (with in the first 2 posts of that thread)

And even BoxBuzz recognised that the fight was signed for Week 26:

Let's face it Jai, you're not getting the fight. You wanted Marciano for this week, you missed out (tough luck there).
And while you were waiting for Marciano's Manager to duck you - Louis reminded everyone of his acceptance of the Lewis fight in the Week 26 Matchup thread.

We've got the fight. Hard shit.

Hmm you may have the right, but it is right?

Based on precedent, it is proper protocol that such matchups are made exclusively on this, the correct thread. First claim on THIS thread may have precedence. So Crease you have the advantage here.

Crease, you seem quite assured, I can only assume that the Louis vs Lewis affair must already be on the official schedule, which I have not reviewed to this moment. However even you would admit that this is simply another in your endless series of shams, and in this case you are depriving Jack Dempsey of his assured victory.

And for that you should feel a pang of guilt. Do the right thing and divest yourself of this weeks claim over Lewis, and allow Lewis the option of fighting for the belt.

For those trying to arrange fights with Lennox, he is not a manager controlled fighter at the moment, so any previous deals or arrangements are null and void.

Goddam it!!! Rip up the contract, all the sparring & training & promotional work was for naught!!

Still, at the moment Leenox Lewis is a CP fighter and Joe Louis has called him out first (thus Joe gets the fight).

If Sock claims Lennox, as I suspect he will, then I'm afraid it's up to him who Lewis fights next.

Yes, but they've since patched things up as the rankings now reflect.

We could have had Holmes/Tunney in a unification bout this week, but Ali ruined it!

Razor is calling out Madison for an easy start under his new promotional banner.

Braddock accepts the challenge of a rematch with Baer, after being robbed horribly by the judges in Nebraska.
